For rentals in the city centre, you can find one bedrooms for roughly $850 while rentals further from the centre can sit at around $600. If you’re looking to buy, you can find a variety of different properties in Nevis at different price points depending on what you are looking for. However, to buy, you will have to apply for the Alien Landholding Licence or buy pre-approved property through the Citizen by Investment Program.
