Trez Capital announces Nisker retirement

The president and chief executive of Trez Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation is to retire the company has announced.

Michael J.R. Nisker will leave the company on November 11, 2016 and will be succeeded by chief financial officer Sandy Manson.

“The Trez Capital Mortgage Investment Corporation Board of Directors (the “Board”) is very grateful for the contribution Michael has made to the Company since its inception,” said Gary Samuel, Chair of the Investment Committee of the Board. “He has steered the Company through a number of challenges and he will be missed.”

Nisker’s place on the board of Trez Capital Fund Management Limited Partnership will be taken by Greg Vorwaller, currently its president.

The company is currently undergoing an orderly wind-up.
