Last Updated on October 24, 2023 by Steve Randall

Another addition to the Invis Mortgage Intelligence network has been announced.

Debbie Belair and her Smart Debt Team have joined as a network partner. Ms. Belair started her brokering career in 1987 with Norlite Financial, one of the five founding brokerage members of Mortgage Intelligence.

“We’re so pleased that Debbie is returning to Mortgage Intelligence,” says Cameron Strong, CEO, Invis Mortgage Intelligence. “It’s a testament to M3’s technology direction, our core value programs, and our focus on long-term relationships.”

She was also one of the original brokers at Mortgage Architects before founding her Smart Debt Team in 2012 with customer service and having fun among its core values.

“Change is good and good is GREAT!” says Debbie. “I would like to thank the incredible people at Mortgage Intelligence for making our move seamless and uneventful; I can’t believe it was that easy!”

She joins along with her team of brokers:

Elaine Simpson

Nancy MacCallum

Tibor Schultz

Andrew Thake

Sandra Tisiot

Robyn Oliverio

Jacquie Bushell

Chris Allard

Jerry Jordan

Eric Champagne

Sandie Sloan-Lemay

“All of us at Head Office look forward to working with the Smart Debt Team, introducing them to our many value programs and having some fun together!” says Strong.
