Customers of the Mortgage Alliance are now able to check their credit score, property value and organize valuable possessions from the firm’s MOPOLO smartphone app.
“The interaction with mobile technology in our daily life is unprecedented and customer expectations are higher than ever when it comes to the value they expect from their relationship with different businesses” said Michael Beckette CEO of Mortgage Alliance.
The app can be customized to connect customers to their preferred Mortgage Alliance professional and even connects to their insurer to provide an updated list of possessions.
Beckette says the enhancements are a Canadian real estate and mortgage industry first and says that it is part of the firm’s focus on innovation and technology.
