Last week, Lamb Development Corp. announced its newest project: The Woodsworth in 452 Richmond St. West, downtown Toronto.
Intended to add more affordable options for the red-hot market’s millennial would-be buyers, the 17-storey tower will be designed by Peter Clewes of architectsAlliance, and interiors will be handled by Kelly Cray of U31.
“Young professionals have a growing appreciation for good design and they want a home that reflects their own sleek and stylish aesthetic,” Cray said. “We’ve designed The Woodsworth with them in mind, providing quality and detail at an attainable price.”

“It’s hard for young professionals to afford living in the city, close to work,” Lamb CEO Brad Lamb added. “The Woodsworth makes owning a high quality condominium, while simultaneously enjoying downtown living and building a career a reality.”
Units will start in the $400,000 price point, and available designs will be junior one bedroom, one bedroom, and one bedroom plus den floor plans ranging from 406 to 791 square feet.
The project, slated to break ground this winter, is scheduled for completion by September 2021.
