A new 126-unit townhouse complex in Edmonton’s Aurora neighbourhood is slated to begin construction in June 2019, leading developer Mattamy Homes announced.
Purchased for $5.6 million, the 6-acre property will see the erection of a complex of 3-story, rear-lane townhouses.
Sales of the move-in-ready homes are expected to start on September 2019.
